Hello, I’m Nick Seagrave — digital marketer, festival organiser, lapsed drummer, wannabe photographer!
I’m currently working at Hampshire Cultural Trust as a digital transformation manager, helping to promote and celebrate arts and heritage in Hampshire. I share my experiences and expertise at talks and conferences, and provide freelance digital strategy to help businesses, brands and the self employed.
Over the past five years I have organised Graze Festival — Hampshire’s finest music and food festival. We are currently planning ahead for 2022.
In my spare time I manage and maintain Refetch.co.uk — a digital resource to help people discover plastic free, zero waste and ethical product swaps. I am painfully aware of the climate crisis and pour a lot of energy into reducing my carbon footprint, including this website.
Only 0.17 g of CO2 is produced when someone visits this web page which is cleaner than 87% of web pages tested
I also publish a digital transformation blog with case studies and resources to help arts and culture organisations navigate their digital transformation journey.
Born & bred in Winchester, I’m always looking to connect with like minded people. You can email me, say hi on Twitter or connect with me on LinkedIn.
dfuob = Don’t fill up on bread
Dfuob started out as a digital transformation blog covering the digital projects at Hampshire Cultural Trust, an independent charity founded in 2014 to manage and support 23 arts and museum venues across Hampshire.
I started to write up case studies and link to resources for other arts and culture organisations, and soon decided to publish everything in one place – a resource website for digital transformation tools, trends and technology. The internet is a huge place. Please submit a resource if you’ve found a digital transformation tool, case study or product!
Freelance digital transformation specialist
Alongside a free curated collection of digital resources and case studies, I also provide a range of paid digital services to equip & empower marketing teams.
